Secondly I made these Chocolate And Caramel Shortcakes, or 'Millionaire's Shortbread' that have shortbread biscuit, caramel and marbled chocolate all layered on top of one another. I haven't tasted this yet as I'm still waiting for the thing to set! Again, if you want the recipe, just ask!
Just thought I'd show you this too! I bought the new Sophie Kinsella book at Asda for a bargain £3.00 the other night, as I've wanted to read it since it came out but could never afford the hardback! I think I'll start it tonight. If any of you have read it then let me know what you thought, but don't spoil it for me!
