SEPTEMBER BEAUTY FAVOURITES

It feels like forever since I posted about my beauty favourites, but if I'm honest, through July and August there wasn't really anything that caught my eye that was new, or anything new introduced in to my routine other than sun cream back when we went away in July (shout out to Piz Buin!). Throughout September though I seem to have collected a few new products and tried some more things out, so I finally have a collection of favourites to show you!

Narciso Rodriguez For Women - This was my go to fragrance last Winter, and since the temperatures have started to drop (and my Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess has almost run out) I've found myself reaching for this once again. This is one of those perfumes that you either love or you hate, and I absolutely love it! It's one of those that you need to give time to develop, as the first spritz isn't anything near to what it settles as. It's a very grown up, strong scent that is perfect for night, and it's nothing like I've ever used before. I'm so happy that Autumn is back so I can wear this one again!!

Vichy Purete Thermal Beautifying Cleansing Micellar Oil* - This cleanser landed on my doorstep back in July, and I've been using it for when I travel with work thanks to it's slimline size that fits perfectly in my travel wash bag! This is very similar to my old favourite, The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil. It melts away my make up really quickly, then wipes away easily with a muslin cloth soaked in warm water. I love these oil cleansers as they're so quick and fuss free! I'd also recommend the Micellar Solution from this range, but I didn't have mine to show you as I used it all up!

Burts Bees Coconut Foot Cream - Recently I've found that the skin on the soles of my feet has been dry, probably due to the miles I walk running around whilst commuting, or going from comfy sandals to heeled Winter boots! This is always my go to when my feet are feeling tired or in need of some TLC, and it works a treat. I love the combination of coconut and mint which smells SO good, and the fact that it's a gel formula makes it really soothing after a long day.

Moroccan Oil Fleur De Rose Hand Cream* - This is literally the best hand cream I have ever used by a mile! I suffered from a few warts that had been caused by dry cracked skin and had tried time and time again to kill them with over the counter creams, but nothing seemed to get rid of them. I can't vouch hat this is exactly what fixed the problem, or if it's just a coincidence, but since using this cream every single one has disappeared! If it isn't the cream that got rid of them, I'd still be raving about it anyhow as it make my skin so soft, it smells beautiful and it's a lovely non-greasy formula. It's a bit on the pricey side, but I will 100% be repurchasing this one.

Essie Nail Lacquer in 'Madison Ave-Hue' - I spied this gorgeous hot pink shade in Boots a few weeks back and just had to pick this one up. I'm a big fan of Essie polishes for their staying power and great range of shades, and this one did not disappoint. It's been the perfect shade for the Summer to Autumn transition.

Nails Inc Gel Effect in 'Queens Gardens' - Another new addition to my nail collection is this amazing turquoise shade. A lovely girl that served me in H&M in York was wearing this, and I just had to ask her what shade it was. She told me it had lasted her forever, and in an instant I was sold! I popped straight across the road to Boots and snapped one up for myself. I get a good week out of this polish with 2 coats, and the colour looks so good! I can't wait to pick up more from the range.

Mac Brow Pencil in 'Stylized' - After running out of my beloved Anastasia Brow Wiz, I desperately needed a new brow pencil. I popped in to Mac to see what they had in the brow department. One of the assistants showed me this brow pencil, which is very similar to the Brow Wiz in terms of formula and design. It's super easy to use and the colour match was bob on, so I picked this one up and my brows have been thankful ever since!

Mac Brow Set in 'Beguile' - I also got sucked in to buying the brow set but I don't regret it one bit (some times impulse purchases are for the best) as it finished my brows off perfectly. I always used to love the Benefit Gimme Brow for it's teeny tiny brush, but I think I actually prefer the bigger brush on this one as it catches more hairs and makes the tedious task of doing my brows that little bit quicker.

Those are my favourite products that have firmly cemented themselves in to my routine over the past month! What have you been using through September that you would recommend?
