BIG YELLOW TAXI

I love how a simple pair of heels can transform a casual weekend outfit in to something a little more special and that's exactly what these Office snakeskin heels from Very did to my laid-back Saturday get-up of chunky roll neck knit and cropped jeans. I love a good pair of pointed toe heels as I think they do the world of good for us short legged ladies, and with the addition of a snakeskin print they're perfect for the transition from Winter to Spring.

Paired with my new straight leg cropped jeans, its a match made in heaven! The stepped raw hem of the denim draws attention to the gorgeous shoes, and the ankle strap is shown off thanks to the shorter leg.

The snakeskin colouring sits perfectly with the nude shade of my Missguided roll neck jumper, and the side split detail is made for layering, so I've paired it with a huge oversized grey tee to play with proportions. Add to that a splash of luxury with my beloved little Mulberry pouch and you've got the perfect smart/casual look for every day.
