Something a little different on the blog today, as you may have guessed from the title! Recently I was very kindly sent a gorgeous bouquet from The Great British Florist. Now, anyone who knows me will now how much I love all things girly and floral, and just how much I love having fresh flowers in my room (seriously, one bunch dies, another one replaces them) much to my sinuses dismay come hay fever season! You can probably imagine how excited I was about receiving these, but also a little curious as I didn't know exactly what would turn up at my door. Needless to say, when the flowers did arrive I was completely overwhelmed by the size of the bouquet, and my photos really do not do it justice.
We're talking huge here, to the point where I had to do some serious room re arranging to fit these beauties in a spot. I was also really impressed by the amount of different flowers in there, including lilies, tulips and daffodils (three of my favourites) to name a few. When they arrived in their bouquet box with a generous water supply and plenty of flower food, I didn't even need to do any arranging as they were so beautifully displayed. And if you didn't get the fact that I loved them from everything I have already said, I had originally planned to feature these in a Room Tour style post, but decided they needed their own special post! I'd also like to note that these photos were taken last Thursday (6 days ago!) and they are still going strong, with all the lilies and tulips in full bloom.
