One of my favourite make up brands has to be Vichy. I always end up going back to their Dermablend foundation and it's probably the only one I've repurchased time and time again, as it's kind to my combination, sensitive skin, it covers stubborn blemishes and leaves my skin looking fabulous! When I heard there was a new kid on the Vichy Dermablend block though, I just had to give it a whirl!
The new Dermablend 3D Correction Foundation is designed for acne-prone or problem skin, and is formulated to act as numerous products in one to cover, correct and improve the skin's appearance and texture.
In comparison to the regular Dermablend foundation, this one is slightly thicker in consistency, which I didn't think I would like, but after using these for a couple of weeks now I actually prefer. A little goes a long way, and a pea sized amount does my entire face. I'd obviously describe this as high coverage, as it's designed to cover up blemishes, and it does that really well. I'd also say this one has a slightly more matte finish than the original Dermablend, which again, I prefer as I can get an oily T-Zone as the day wears on.
New Vichy Dermablend 3D Correction, 30ml - £21.50*
I'm super impressed with this product, as I always am with Vichy! I love how it does exactly what it promises to, and I also love the sleek matte packaging that gives it a more premium feel. It is on what I'd describe as the mid-high price level at £21.50 for a 30ml tube, but I'd say if you suffer with problematic skin and want to try something that would offer you high coverage but not clog the skin or make you feel as though you are caked in layers of make up, I'd hugely recommend it.
Have you tried anything from the Dermablend range?
