AFTER THE JUMP

Hello! I'm back after a lovely break away in sunny Fuerteventura and couldn't be hating this miserable British weather more if I tried! I've been staring longingly at our beach photos wishing we were back already and we only landed last night! Anyhow, not one to beat about the bush, I've jumped straight from the sunbed, to plane then back in to blogging as I've got a TONNE of outfit posts lined up for you!

This is a look that you've probably spotted on my Instagram feed over the past couple of days as it was the last outfit I wore on our holiday (yes that is as dark as my pale skin goes after 11 days in the sun!) and I think it's a good'un if I do say so myself! The cream crochet jumpsuit was a very last minute, very impulse purchase from my local TK Maxx store and to be really honest, one I expected I would need to return as I wasn't sure if the shape would suit me, but I was pleasantly surprised! I actually wore this twice whilst we were away, once in the evening with some lace up sandals, and then as you see here in these photos for a day exploring one of the little towns in the sun as its just so lightweight and cool to wear.

I paired it with a simple combo of flat slip on mule style sandals, a red bag for a little pop of colour and my favourite sunnies in rose gold (of course). This was one of my favourite outfits of the whole holiday, and I'm so glad Summer is around the corner as I'll (hopefully) be able to wear it even more if the sun shows its face round here!

Over the next few days there will be lots more posts on the blog including more looks from my holiday, so keep your eyes peeled for those! I hope you all have a wonderful Easter weekend. What are your plans?

C x
