LONDON IN A DAY

I'm back!! Our trip to see my brother and visit London was a success and i got some great photographs and research for my final project at uni. We did have some set backs though. The central line of the underground was out of use so we had to take the long way round to wherever we wanted to go, and Google maps sent us to the wrong place a couple of times. We did however get to see some gorgeous shops and clothes, in my eyes anyway! I don't think Dan appreciated being dragged round nearly every vintage store going, but we're hoping to plan another trip to London for a couple of days so we can do some proper sightseeing!
Anyway, we managed to visit Notting Hill's Portobello Road, Shoreditch and Brick Lane and Oxford Street in the space of five hours. I'll leave you with some photos of some of the things we saw and places we went.
Coloured houses on Portobello Road. I want to live in one!
Enjoying yummy Red Velvet Cake at The Hummingbird Bakery.
Lovely window displays at Spitalfields and Shoreditch.
Some amazing street art work.
Scouring the rails in Rokit and Beyond Retro.
The gorgeous Liberty and one of their London Fashion Week windows.

I'll be back tomorrow with an outfit post and will hopefully be doing a mini London haul at the weekend. I didn't buy much but think it would be nice to show you the few things I did pick up!
Hope your all having a lovely week!
