It seems like forever since I uploaded an outfit post on here, so long that I felt a little rusty going outdoors and posing! Anyhow, I really wanted to wear this gorgeous Zara top I picked up in York as it's really unusual compared to other things I own. It zips up at the back and knots at the front in a cute cropped style, I really love the fabric, a cotton shirt material in a baby blue shade with white pinstripes, making it feel sophisticated and easy to dress up or down. I tried it on in the fitting rooms at Zara whilst wearing my vintage lace skirt, and it looked lovely, so I decided to recreate that look again here!
Knotted blouse - Zara
Lace skirt - Vintage
Shoes - Primark
Satchel - LYDC*
Rings - Pandora
Nails - CND Shellac in Electric Orange
Can we all just take a moment to stare at the beautiful baby pink handbag? This beauty is from a brand called LYDC and is the perfect size for carrying round all your essentials. I really love the mock croc detailing on the top, and the envelope style shape. It looks just as cute with a long handle as it does without (it's detachable, fyi!) and adds a subtle pop of colour to any look. Lovely!
I hope you're all enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend! Oh how I love being able to lie in on a Monday morning. Bliss!
