You may remember that last weekend I spent two days trading at Crafty Vintage, one of my favourite Vintage and Craft Fayres held in Preston, at the Brockholes Nature Reserve. I thought I would share some photos of the day with you all, as it was such a lovely couple of days! If you weren't aware, I dabble in the world of vintage fashion and handmade gifts, and have been trading at fairs for around a year now, and online for a couple more. I've always been a big lover of vintage and have magpie-like penchant for anything preloved from the 40s right up to the 90s, plus having a background in fashion, styling, textiles and art means I'm always itching to do something crafty and hands-on, so it's the perfect hobby for me! My handmade items include chalkboard, tea cup candles, bunting, cushions and the occasional piece of jewellery; a good old mix of everything!

If you're a trader in a similar field or a vintage/craft enthusiast and you're in the North West, I'd definitely recommend coming along to one of the Crafty Vintage fayres at Brockholes, Hoghton Tower or Clitheroe to name a few locations! They always have such a lovely atmosphere with plenty to see and do. This time round we were spoilt with some brilliant entertainment from Crafty Vintage regulars, Kiki Deville (you may remember her from The Voice!) and Baxter Rhodes, as well as two performers I hadn't seen before called Dani Gallagher and Courtney Francis, who were all SO good!
There's also some incredible street food stalls where you can pick up some top notch Mexican chilli, BBQ Pulled Pork nachos or my personal favourite, handmade wood fired pizzas! To top it all off there's also a brilliant pop up cocktail bar that serves the yummiest drinks, so you can keep yourself well and truly fed and watered whilst perusing the fabulous vintage and handmade goodies on offer.
I'm hoping to make an appearance at the next couple of Crafty Vintage events (fingers crossed!), which both take place in November, so keep an eye out for me there with some new stock for Christmas!
Have you been to Crafty Vintage at Brockholes?
Looks like such a fun fair! Hx
