PURPLE RAIN

I took these pictures yesterday, and long time followers will know how much I hate blogging outfit pictures the day after they were done! I'm usually on the ball and post them the same day, but this weekend has been such a stressful one so my mind has been elsewhere! Here I'm wearing a gorgeous new jumper by Vera Moda from Zalando. I'm a huge fan of baggy but fine knits, so this is perfect. I love the way the sleeves are fitted and everywhere else is loose and relaxed. I wore it for work last week with black disco pants which admittedly looked a bit better than this, but for a Sunday at home this was just right. The detail on the back of the jumper is gorgeous, with buttons running all the way down, making it that little more interesting, and I'm in love with the berry colour!

I also got another hat to add to my ever growing collection. I like how this one by Pieces has a thick turn up (if that makes any sense?!) as it means I can get it snug to my head without it looking stupid or loosing any shape at the top, or I can have it loose more like a beanie style hat. The dark grey is the perfect colour to work into my winter wardrobe too as it seems to go with so many things.
